Here is how a call with a quote goes.

1. It picks up in your company name.
2. It takes the whole reservation: date, time, pickup, extra stops, drop-off, passengers, bags, flight number, child seats, gate codes, and meet-and-greet or curbside. It keeps what the caller already said and asks only for what is missing.
3. It picks the vehicle from your fleet list that fits the passengers and the bags.
4. It quotes the trip from your rate sheet, by vehicle and time of day, whether the trip is airport, hourly or point to point.
5. If your rates don't cover the trip, it goes to your dispatcher to quote. It never guesses a number.
6. It reads the trip back and books it.
