Terms of Service
The rules for using AI Chauffeur. Written plainly, so you can read them once and know where you stand.
1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of AI Chauffeur ("we," "our," or "us"), an AI Voice Agency property. That includes the website at aichauffeur.ai and the AI call answering service we build for chauffeured transportation operators. If you use the site or our service, you accept these Terms.
2. What the service does
AI Chauffeur builds and runs AVA, an AI voice agent, on your inbound line. AVA answers calls, asks the questions a dispatcher would ask, and captures the trip: pickup, dropoff, time, vehicle class, passenger and bag count, flight details and notes. The call comes back to you as a structured trip ticket.
The exact scope of your build is set in your written service agreement during setup.
3. AVA captures. Your dispatcher confirms.
AVA captures call details. It does not run your operation. Your dispatcher reviews every trip ticket, checks it against your availability and rates, assigns the vehicle and the chauffeur, and fulfills the run.
You stay responsible for rates, availability, vehicle assignment, chauffeur conduct, insurance, permits, and every trip you accept. Nothing AVA captures is a commitment by us to a caller on your behalf.
4. The demo and the samples are illustrative
You can call our line and hear AVA answer. This website also shows sample trip tickets and sample numbers. Those are examples of format only.
A sample is not a quote, not a rate, and not a promise about what your operation will get. Any figure that applies to you comes from your written agreement, not from this website.
5. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to enter contracts for yourself or your business.
6. Setup and your information
To go live, you complete our setup process and give us what the build needs: rate rules, service area, vehicle classes and dispatch process. You are responsible for that information being accurate and current. If it changes, tell us. We may decline or end an engagement at our discretion.
7. Scope, fees and billing
Every build is custom. Your scope, your fees and your billing dates are set in a written agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website is a price or an offer. In general:
- Setup work is quoted once, in writing, and is due before the build starts.
- Ongoing service is billed in advance on a repeating cycle.
- Fees are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Late or failed payment may pause or end service.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
8. Month to month. Cancel anytime.
Service runs month to month. No long-term contract is required. To cancel, send written notice to dispatch@aichauffeur.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not prorate a partial month.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law, or run anything fraudulent or deceptive
- Harass, threaten or mislead callers
- Break telemarketing, TCPA or call recording laws
- Get around security measures or technical limits
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
You also agree not to point the service at a phone line you do not own or control.
10. Call recording and compliance
Rules on call recording and disclosure differ by state. We provide standard disclosure prompts. You are responsible for making sure your use of AVA follows the law where you and your callers are. That includes recording notice, consent, and any rules attached to your permits or authority.
11. Working with your dispatch software
AI Chauffeur is built to fit around the software you already run, whatever that is. It also works if you run a shared inbox. The trip ticket arrives in a form your dispatcher can read and act on.
We do not claim to write into, sync with, or control your dispatch software. Your dispatcher enters the trip in your system the way your operation already does it.
12. Who owns what
Scripts, prompts, workflows, agent settings and the systems we build stay our property unless we agree otherwise in writing. You keep your own business data, your customer records and your call recordings.
13. Confidentiality
Both sides keep the other's non-public information private. This obligation stays in force after the engagement ends.
14. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any particular business result. Phone carriers, networks and third-party software can fail in ways we do not control.
15. Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost trips and lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
16. If your use causes a claim
You agree to cover us and our people against claims, damages and costs, including legal fees. This applies when the claim comes from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end service immediately, without notice, if you break these Terms, act fraudulently, or if continuing would put us at legal or reputational risk.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Wisconsin, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or with a notice on this website. The date at the top of this page changes whenever the Terms change. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
