Every trip it books comes with a full trip sheet. Right after the call, your dispatcher has the trip sheet, the recording and the transcript. With your reservation software, the trip is also written straight in.

Here is how a booking call feeds your team, step by step.

1. Set up for your company, it answers every call in your company name.
2. It takes the whole reservation: date, time, pickup, extra stops, drop-off, passengers, bags, flight number, child seats, gate codes, meet-and-greet or curbside, and notes for the chauffeur.
3. It keeps what the caller already said and asks only for what is missing.
4. It picks the vehicle from your own fleet list that fits the passengers and the bags.
5. It quotes from your rate sheet. A price that is not on the sheet is flagged for dispatch, never made up.
6. It reads the trip back, gets the caller's name and cell, and books it.
