What happens if it doesn't understand a name or an address?

It asks once more. If the name or address is still unclear, AI Chauffeur flags it for dispatch instead of guessing, and the recording comes along.

It asks once more. If the name or the address is still unclear after that, it does not guess. It flags it for dispatch, and the recording of the call comes with the trip sheet.

Set up for your company, AI Chauffeur answers in your company name, takes the whole reservation and quotes from your rate sheet. Answers every call. Quotes your rates. Books the trip. Getting the name and the address right is part of taking the reservation.

Here is how it works.

  1. A caller wants a trip. It keeps what the caller already said and asks only for what is missing.
  2. Something is hard to make out. A last name with an odd spelling. A street that could be two different streets. A caller on a bad line or in a loud terminal.
  3. It asks one more time for that one detail.
  4. If the second try is clear, the call moves on. If it is still unclear, it stops trying. It does not pick the closest match, and it does not fill in a street it thinks the caller meant. It flags it for dispatch.
  5. It reads the trip back to the caller. That is one more chance to catch a wrong name or a wrong address while the caller is still on the phone.
  6. It books the trip.

Right after the call, your dispatcher has the trip sheet, the recording and the transcript. Dispatch sees the flag, plays the call, hears the caller say the name or the address, and calls the customer back to settle it before the chauffeur heads out.

The same rule covers the rest of the trip. A price that is not on your rate sheet is flagged for dispatch, never made up. A party that no vehicle on your fleet list fits is flagged for dispatch too.

Why not just guess? Because a wrong address means a chauffeur at the wrong door and a customer left waiting. A flag means a quick call from your team.

What stays with your team: Your team handles dispatch, trip changes, cancellations and payment. Your dispatcher assigns the car and the chauffeur. AI Chauffeur does not dispatch.
