Here is how it works, step by step.

Setup. Before the phone goes live, our team sets up your rates, your service area, your fleet and who gets the trip sheet. That is what the setup fee covers. A typical setup takes one to two weeks once we have your rates, your service area and who gets the trip sheet. Your rates are set up for every vehicle you run, for trips in your service area.

The call. AI Chauffeur answers in your company name and takes the whole reservation: airport, hourly, point to point, extra stops, meet and greet or curbside, sedan to 56-passenger coach. The caller just talks.

The quote. It gives one price from your rate sheet, for the vehicle the caller wants, at the time of day the trip runs. Every vehicle in your fleet, quoted, at your rates, in your service area. It does not use anyone else's prices.

When your rates don't cover it. Say a caller wants a trip outside your service area, or a trip your rate sheet has no price for. AI Chauffeur does not make up a number. The trip goes to your dispatcher to quote.

The booking. It reads the trip back so the caller can check it, then books it. Right after the call, your dispatcher has the trip sheet, the recording and the transcript. Your passenger is booked.

That is the whole job on the phone. Answers the call. Quotes your rates. Books the trip.

It works the hours you pick: 24/7, only after hours, or only the calls your office misses. The quote comes from the same rate sheet at 2 PM or 2 AM.
