AVA works beside Limo Anywhere.
Yes — AVA works beside Limo Anywhere. It answers your line, takes the whole trip, and delivers a complete ticket to the person on dispatch, who confirms it in Limo Anywhere. Nothing is ripped out and nothing is migrated. Direct write-back is configured and verified against your own account before it is switched on.

A connection built around your account.
AVA can create quote requests and reservation records in supported dispatch systems. Every connection is configured and tested around your account — service types, vehicle classes, rate rules, required fields, statuses, and approval workflow — before direct write-back is activated.
Read the middle of that sentence twice, because it is the part that matters. A connection that ignores your service types will file a wedding as an airport run. One that ignores your required fields will create a record your dispatcher has to reopen anyway. One that ignores your approval workflow will put a trip somewhere it has not been approved to be. Configuring those is the work, and it is why write-back is switched on after setup verification rather than on the first day.
Until it is switched on, delivery is a completed trip ticket to the person on dispatch — which is a whole product on its own, and the one most operators start with. The integration status table says where every other platform stands.
Three rungs, and you can stop on any of them.
Nobody waits on integration work to start capturing calls. The rungs run in this order because the phone is worth answering on day one whether or not anything is connected yet.
Everything AVA takes down, and where it ends up.
Nine fields come off every call. The middle column is what your dispatcher reads on the ticket; the right-hand column is what happens to that field once write-back is configured for your account.
| Trip detail | On the trip ticket | With write-back configured |
|---|---|---|
| Pickup address | Route block, first line, as the caller said it. | The reservation's pickup location. |
| Dropoff address | Route block, second line. | The reservation's dropoff location. |
| Date and pickup time | Header, with the day named so nobody mis-reads a date. | The reservation date and pickup time. |
| Vehicle class | Vehicle line, in your own class names. | The vehicle type, matched to the classes on your account. |
| Passenger count | Passenger line. | The reservation's passenger count. |
| Bag count | Passenger line, beside the head count. | The reservation's luggage count. |
| Flight number and terminal | Flight line, read back to the caller before the call ends. | The reservation's flight details. |
| Callback number | Caller block, at the top of the ticket. | The contact number on the reservation. |
| Notes and special requests | Notes block, in the caller's own words. | The reservation notes. |
Scroll the table sideways for the write-back column.
Which of those are required, what a missing one should do, and which status a new record opens in are all decided on your setup call rather than assumed here. A quote range is captured too, and it comes from your configured rate rules — the sample below is illustrative only.
A Friday night call, written up while it happens.
Not an airport run. This is the call that comes in at 6:40 PM on a Friday from somebody who has already tried two other operators and got voicemail at both.
On rung one your dispatcher reads that and keys the reservation. On rung three the record is already there and your dispatcher approves it. Either way the same person makes the same decision — they just stop typing the parts AVA already wrote down.
Bring a real trip. Then read the ticket.
Call the line and book something the way one of your customers would. Compare what comes back against what you would have had to key in by hand. That comparison is the whole pitch, and it takes four minutes.
